Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Pickled capers - 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
Step 2
Chop the herbs. Slice the carrots, celery, and mushrooms; cut the leek and green onions into rings; and slice the bell pepper.
Step 3
Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into thin strips. Sauté in clarified butter, remove from the pan, and keep warm.
Step 4
Sauté the vegetables and mushrooms in the remaining butter in the pan, pour in the wine, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the potatoes along with some water and lightly mash.
Step 5
Add the meat, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with herbs and capers. Serve the dish drizzled with yogurt.
