Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Sesame Seeds - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground red pepper - 0 oz
- Herbs de Provence - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté it in sunflower or olive oil until golden.
Step 2
Add the diced zucchini to the onion and sauté on low heat.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and then the diced carrot.
Step 4
5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the sesame seeds.
Step 5
Cook everything over medium heat until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates. Add salt, ground red pepper, and herbs de Provence to taste.
