Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 2 pieces
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 4 teaspoons
- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the sausage into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Place the slices in a heated pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Step 3
Once the bottom side is browned, stir.
Step 4
After 1 minute, season with curry powder and stir. After another 2 minutes, remove the mixture from heat and set aside.
Step 5
In the heated pan, add 3 teaspoons of oil and the green beans.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, stir and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Chop the peppers coarsely, leaving the seeds intact.

After 3 minutes, pour in the soy sauce and stir. Reduce the heat to medium.

After 2 minutes, add the mustard. Stir.

After 1 minute, add the halved cherry tomatoes.

Add the peppers.

After 1 minute, add the sausage. Stir.

After another 2 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a deep dish.
