Vegetable stew with sour cream
Ingredients
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Ramiro Pepper - 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods - 5 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Shallot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the shallot coarsely.
Step 2
Cut the eggplant into small cubes.
Step 3
Dice the Ramiro pepper into small cubes.
Step 4
Add to the heated mixture of oils in the pan.
Step 5
After 2–3 minutes, add the peas and stir.
Step 6
After a minute, reduce the heat, stir, and cover with a lid.
Step 7
After 4 minutes, add sumac, black pepper, and salt.
Step 8
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 9
Add it to the stew and stir. Sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 10
Mix with sour cream in a deep bowl and serve.
