  • Rice Wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil - ½ tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Thin Pancakes - 6 pieces
  • Green onions - 2 stalks
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Hoisin Sauce - 4 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Heat a small skillet.

Add mushrooms, soy sauce, spices, rice wine, sesame oil, and sugar. Cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are done and the sauce thickens.
