- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 2 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a thick batter with the addition of dried dill.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into slices about one centimeter thick.
Step 3
Cut the nori sheets in half (the height will match the cheese slices). Brush the sheet with soy sauce and wrap each piece of cheese in it.
Step 4
Wait for the leaves to stick well together, then cut into pieces.
Step 5
Dip the pieces in the batter and fry in oil.
Step 6
