Ingredients
- Macadamia Nuts - 1 cup
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces

Take the cucumbers, carrot, celery (if desired), avocado, and canned green peas.
Step 2
Finely chop the cucumbers and carrot, add the peas and diced avocado.
Step 3
Separately prepare the mayonnaise: soak 1 cup of cashews in water for 1 hour (sunflower seeds can be used as an alternative). Then blend the cashews (or seeds) in a blender, adding a little water until the consistency resembles sour cream. Add mustard powder, lemon juice, ground pepper, and salt to taste.
