Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 1½ cups
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot, and chop the other vegetables and mushrooms. Place them in a pot, add three cups of water, season with salt, and simmer over medium heat.
Step 2
When the vegetables have softened, pour in the rice in a layer 1.5 – 2 cm thick, and cook until done without stirring. Before serving, mix the rice with the vegetables. The mushrooms will give the dish a wonderful aroma and delicate flavor.
