Vegetarian Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 6 tablespoons
- Arugula - to taste
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Grease with olive oil. Place the dough on it. Poke holes in the dough with a fork. Cover the dough with tomato paste. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese again and add the Italian herbs. Place in the oven at 356°F. (If the dough is very thin, 15-20 minutes should be enough.) Before serving, sprinkle with arugula. (Balsamic vinegar can also be added if desired.)
