Ingredients
- French bread - 1 piece
- Firm tofu - 7.9 oz
- Tomato Paste - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tamari sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the bread in half lengthwise, then cut each half again lengthwise to create 4 equal pieces of bread.
Step 2
Place the bread cut side up on a dry baking sheet.
Step 3
Put the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until they form a smooth mixture.
Step 4
Evenly spread the mixture over the pieces of bread.
Step 5
Place the pizza in the oven. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the tofu mixture is browned and the bread is toasted.
Step 6
Cut each pizza into individual portions.
