Vegetarian pizza with a crust made from sprouted buckwheat and sunflower seeds
Ingredients
- Green Buckwheat - 1 cup
- Sunflower Seeds - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Tofu - 1 piece
- Pumpkin Seeds - 1.1 oz
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Olives - 8 pieces
- Frisée lettuce - 3 bunches
- Sea Salt - to taste
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sprout 1 cup of green buckwheat (soak for 15 minutes).
Step 2
Blend all the ingredients for the dough in a blender until smooth (add 2 tablespoons of water if necessary).
Step 3
Form a crust from this 'dough' on parchment paper and place it to dry in an oven preheated to 176°F, after 5 minutes reduce the temperature to 122°F and leave for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Crumble the tofu, slice the tomato into rings, arrange the lettuce leaves, and slice the olives.
Step 5
Spread the filling on the crust, drizzle with balsamic cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
