Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Green onions - 0.2 oz
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Skim Milk - ¼ cup
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water, squeeze out as much liquid as possible, and dry them.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients, add salt, grated carrots, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each patty in a large lightly greased non-stick skillet and cook over low heat for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the carrots are soft. Repeat the same for the remaining mixture.
