Ingredients

  • Chopped Cilantro - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Celery stalk - 1 stalk
  • Fresh Red Pepper - 1 piece
  • Green Pepper - 1 piece
  • Jalapeño pepper - 1 piece
  • Minced garlic - 1 clove
  • Beans - 18.7 oz
  • Salsa Sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • Cumin - ½ teaspoon
  • Taco shells - 8 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese - to taste
  • Spicy Thai Sauce - to taste
  • Tomatoes - to taste
  • Olives - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion, celery, red or green pepper, jalapeño, and garlic until they are soft.

Step 2

Add the beans, spices, and a few tablespoons of salsa. Sauté in the skillet, stirring until the mixture is heated through.

Step 3

Place the tacos on a baking sheet, top with the prepared mixture. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
