  • Veal Tenderloin - 10.6 oz
  • Fatback - 7.1 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons

Pass the meat and fatback through a meat grinder.
