Vermicelli with Chili, Broccoli, and Mango

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli - 3.5 oz
  • Broccoli - 7.9 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Scallions - 4 pieces
  • Green Papaya - 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, add the vermicelli and remove the pot from the heat. Stir and let it sit for 4 minutes to soften. Rinse the cooked vermicelli.

Step 2

Heat a skillet, add the oil, and place the broccoli in it. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the broccoli becomes tender.

Step 3

Add finely chopped green onions to the broccoli and sauté for a few more minutes. Peel the mango and cut it into slices. Add the mango and vermicelli to the broccoli.

Step 4

Add finely chopped chili without seeds to the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another 1–2 minutes. When the broccoli is completely tender, add the cilantro and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve on plates.
