Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix by hand, season with salt, and shape into 6 burgers. Transfer to a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 2
Slice the remaining onion into rings. Preheat the grill and add the butter. Sauté the onion, turning until golden brown. Keep warm.
Step 3
Grease the grill with oil and grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate, top each with a slice of cheese, and keep warm.
Step 4
In a grill or skillet, melt a small amount of butter and fry the eggs with bacon until the eggs are firm and the bacon is crispy.
Step 5
Slice the buns in half. On the bottom half, place the lettuce leaves, then slices of tomato, beetroot, and rings of pineapple. Next, add the burgers, top with sautéed onion, eggs with bacon, and drizzle with ketchup. Cover with the top half of the bun.
