Description

Instead of regular tomatoes, you can use cherry tomatoes, which is generally recommended, but I use regular ones. You can also make French herbs yourself or add your favorite salad seasoning. Mayonnaise can easily be replaced with vegetable or olive oil according to personal preferences. Experiment! And enjoy your meal! :)

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Green Butter - 1 bunch
  • Shrimp - 10.6 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 0.7 oz
  • Herbes de Provence - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the salad, it's better to use small peeled shrimp. Thaw the shrimp and boil for 5–10 minutes in salted water, then let cool. Cut the lettuce leaves into 2x2 cm cubes or tear them by hand, dice the tomatoes, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

In a salad bowl, mix the prepared ingredients, add salt, add the Provençal herbs (you can mix spices to your liking or add your favorite salad seasoning), and mayonnaise.

Step 3

Serve by placing it in a salad bowl lined with green lettuce leaves.
