Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 21.2 oz
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Fat - 2.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Ground Caraway - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the meat from membranes, slice it against the grain, pound well, and salt. Place 2–3 pieces of bacon sprinkled with crushed caraway seeds on each slice, tightly wrap the slice, and tie it with string.
Step 2
In a pot, sauté the sliced onion, add the zrazy, and brown on all sides. Add water and simmer until tender. Towards the end of cooking, pour in the sour cream mixed with sautéed flour, season with salt to taste, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Serve drenched in sauce, with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
