- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ginger - 3.5 oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, chop the cilantro and grate the ginger.
Step 2
Then, cut the beef into pieces about 1 cm thick, mix the beef with the oyster and soy sauces, add black pepper, cilantro, and ginger.
Step 3
Mix everything and let it marinate for half an hour.
Step 4
Then, heat a pan and sauté the beef with garlic over high heat for 15-20 seconds, stirring constantly.
Step 5
