  • Eel - 1 head
  • Mint - ½ bunch
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Brush the rice paper sheets with water until they become soft.

Step 2

Lay thin strips of carrot and green onion on the paper, then sprinkle with green chili.

Step 3

Top with crab meat and wrap into an envelope.

Step 4

Lightly brown in a well-heated skillet.

Step 5

Serve wrapped in lettuce leaves and sprinkled with mint leaves, accompanied by chili sauce.
