Ingredients
- Gin - 1 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice - 8 pieces
- Snap Peas - 5 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Edible flowers - to taste
- Orange zest - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Freeze ice cubes in advance.
Step 2
Chill the glass. Fill it with ice and stir with a bar spoon.
Step 3
Place the pea pods and grapes in a shaker and mash them. If you don’t have a shaker, any jar with a tight-fitting lid will work.
Step 4
Add gin to the shaker.
Step 5
Add lemon juice.
Step 6
Add ice to the shaker.
Step 7
Shake the cocktail in a shaker.
Step 8
Pour the ice out of the glass along with the melted water.
Step 9
Strain the cocktail through a strainer into a glass.
Step 10
Garnish with an edible flower and orange zest.
