Description
You can buy a set of vegetables for vinaigrette at the store or prepare them yourself by boiling potatoes, beets, and carrots and cutting them into cubes.

- Vinaigrette Vegetable Mix - 21.2 oz
- Capers - 1.8 oz
- Spanish onions - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Herring - 3.5 oz
- Corn Salad - 1.1 oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1.1 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Green Peas - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and chop them finely. Cut the herring into small cubes and slice the red onion into rings.
Step 2
Add the green peas to boiling water for 4 minutes, then transfer them to ice water to stop the cooking process.
Step 3
Mix the vegetables with the capers and peas, adding fragrant sunflower oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place the spinach leaves on a plate, then use a culinary ring to shape the vinaigrette on top of the leaves. Garnish with slices of herring and rings of onion.
