Description
You can buy a set of vegetables for the vinaigrette at the store or prepare it yourself by boiling potatoes, beets, and carrots, and then dicing them.
Ingredients
- Spanish onions - 1.1 oz
- Anchovies - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Celery salt - 2 stalks
- Capers - 0.7 oz
- Vinaigrette Vegetable Mix - 21.2 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 1 piece
- Iwashi herring - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the red onion and anchovies. Mix them with olive oil, adding pepper to taste.
Step 2
Chop the celery stalks into small cubes, finely mince the capers until they are almost pureed, and mix them with the set of vegetables for the "White Dacha" vinaigrette. Add half of the dressing, season with salt to taste, and mix well.
Step 3
Dress the salad mixture with the remaining sauce.
Step 4
Cut the iwashi into small pieces. Arrange the vinaigrette on a plate, place a few slices of iwashi on top, and add some green salad next to it.
