Ingredients
- Yellow Beets - 2 pieces
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Goat cheese - 2.5 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 7 fl oz
- Mixed salad greens - 7.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beets until tender.
Step 2
Cool, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Separate the pomegranate into seeds.
Step 4
Peel the oranges and cut the flesh without membranes. Cut each segment into 3 pieces.
Step 5
Prepare the dressing. In a small saucepan, reduce the balsamic vinegar until thickened, add freshly squeezed orange juice and simmer until slightly thick.
Step 6
On a plate, lay a small layer of mixed salad greens, then add some beets, some pomegranate, some orange, and goat cheese. Alternate layers until all ingredients are used. Top with a teaspoon of goat cheese and drizzle with the dressing.
