Vinaigrette with Pickled Beets
Ingredients
- Pickled Beets - 0.3 oz
- Boiled Potatoes - 0.4 oz
- Pickled Cucumbers - 0.2 oz
- Red Onion - 0.2 oz
- Green Peas - 0.5 oz
- Sunflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Canned Beans - 0.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 0.4 oz
- Dill - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil, add salt and sugar, stir, remove from heat, and add vinegar. Cool and pour the marinade over the beets.
Step 2
Arrange the beets at the bottom of a deep plate.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the coarsely chopped cucumbers, potatoes, and onion. Season with salt and dress with aromatic oil.
Step 4
Randomly place the mixture on top of the beets. On the edges, place the beans and sauce in three mounds. Garnish with sprigs of dill.
