- Potato - 1.8 oz
- Beetroot - 1.1 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.1 oz
- Beef Kidneys - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Vinegar essence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil and peel the potato, beetroot, and carrot separately, and finely chop the cabbage and onion.
Step 2
Cut the boiled vegetables, cucumbers, and tomatoes into small thin slices, and slice the liver into noodle-like strips, place it in a sieve, pour boiling water over it (the surface of the liver will turn white), let the water drain, and cool.
Step 3
Then mix the liver with the vegetables, season with oil and vinegar, mound it in a salad bowl, drizzle with sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
