Ingredients

  • Dark red seaweed - 2.1 oz
  • Sauerkraut - 1.2 oz
  • Beef - 1.1 oz
  • Beetroot - 1.1 oz
  • Potato - 2.1 oz
  • Pickles - 2.1 oz
  • Carrot - 0.9 oz
  • Ground dried cherries - 0.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the meat (beef, lamb, or veal), beetroot, carrot, and potato.

Step 2

Take the ready-made boiled seaweed, and add the sauerkraut.

Step 3

Dice the boiled meat, boiled beetroot, carrot, potato, and pickles, and place them in a bowl.

Step 4

Add pickled cherries, plums or lingonberries, mayonnaise, salt, mix, and place in a salad bowl.

Step 5

Garnish with ingredients included in the vinaigrette.
