  • Water - 23 fl oz
  • Onion - 17.6 oz
  • Table vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Pork Skewers - 2 lbs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into half rings and layer the pork skewers and onion in a pot.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade: mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Step 3

Pour this mixture over the pork skewers and onion, and refrigerate overnight (or for 8 hours).
