Ingredients
- Sea Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Pork Blood - 3.5 oz
- Fern - 5.1 oz
- Onion - 4.2 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fern.
Step 2
Cut the onion into strips.
Step 3
Also boil the cucumber sea cucumber.
Step 4
Cut the pork into cubes.
Step 5
Sauté the meat in a saucepan, add the onion, fern, tomato paste, and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the cucumber sea cucumber, broth or water, season with salt and spices, and simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with herbs before serving.
