Vodka with Lemonade and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • Sugar - 1.1 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 8 fl oz
  • Rosemary - 0.4 oz
  • Vodka - 4 fl oz
  • Soda water - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice with sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary, and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Place the syrup in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.

Step 3

Fill glasses halfway with ice. Pour in the syrup (about 2 tablespoons for each glass) and add vodka (1 tablespoon per glass). Top off with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
