- Lentils - ½ cup
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - ½ head
- Prunes - 1.1 oz
- Pork fat - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the lentils until tender in beef broth.
Step 2
Add diced potatoes, sautéed onions, flour, prunes, and crushed walnuts, and cook until ready over low heat.
Step 3
Serve with boiled beef, sprinkled with pepper and finely chopped dill.
