  • Macadamia Nuts - 10 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Celery stalk - 3 pieces
  • Hemp oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Cucumbers - 3 pieces
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Walnuts - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed salad greens - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, blend the macadamia nuts, finely chopped garlic, 1 cucumber, 1 celery stalk, and hemp oil until smooth. If the sauce is not thick enough, add more nuts; if it's too thick, add a cucumber or a little oil.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, celery, and apple with the salad greens.

Step 3

Drizzle with the sauce and mix well.

Step 4

Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
