If you're taking the salad to work or a picnic, prepare it in the morning, but don't add the dressing until you're ready to eat.

- Walnuts - 2.6 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 1 piece
- King Prawns - 7.1 oz
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Granny Smith apples - 1 piece
- Seedless Green Grapes - 3.5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1½ spoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; whisk all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper or a bit more lemon juice if needed.
Step 2
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Place the chopped lettuce leaves in a large bowl, add the shrimp, celery, apples, and grapes. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine. Before serving, taste for salt.
