- Canned Baby Beets - 17.6 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2.1 oz

Step 1
Boil the beets until tender.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Spread the chopped potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 25 minutes, then add the chopped peppers and tomatoes. Generously sprinkle with spices and cook for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the vegetables to a serving plate.
Step 3
Place the beets on a baking sheet, lightly drizzle with oil, and put under the broiler until crispy.
