Warm Chicken and Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beans in salted water for a couple of minutes (they should still be slightly firm) and drain the water.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Sauté in a hot skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked through.
Step 3
Clean the peppers and cut them into strips. In the skillet used for the meat, add some more oil and sauté the onions and peppers. Add the beans and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Add the chicken to the vegetables.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic, mix it with soy sauce, and add it to the skillet. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm.
