  • Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
  • Grapefruits - 6.2 oz
  • Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Pistachios - 0.9 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Grapeseed Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Romaine lettuce - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Arrange the lettuce leaves on 4 plates. Prepare the chicken liver by rinsing it under cold water and drying it with a paper towel.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the liver, and sauté, quickly turning the pieces until they turn light brown. Add the vinegar and pitted grapes to the liver, along with seasonings to taste.

Step 3

Mix everything well and distribute it onto the plates. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve immediately.
