Warm chicken liver salad with arugula and peaches
Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 10 pieces
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Donut Peaches - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the liver, remove the membranes, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add the liver, and sauté, stirring frequently, until browned. Season with salt and remove from heat.
Step 3
Rinse and dry the arugula. Arrange the leaves on a plate, top with the liver, and slices of peach sautéed in the remaining oil from the liver. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Optionally, you can drizzle with the oil left from frying.
