Ingredients
- Chorizo - 10.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Chickpea - 28.9 oz
- Herbs - 2.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Arugula - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet well, add the chopped chorizo, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chorizo to a plate.
Step 2
Leave 45 ml of the chorizo oil in the skillet, add the chopped peppers, and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add the chorizo, chickpeas, chopped onion, and herbs. Season with spices.
Step 4
On 4 plates, place the arugula, and top with the warm salad.
