  • Fresh basil leaves - 0 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.2 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 1 fl oz
  • Brandy - 0.5 oz
  • Sugar - 1.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Passion Fruit - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the segments from the orange, removing the white membranes.
