Warm Salad with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - ½ can
  • Russian Cheese - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the peppers on the grill rack in the air fryer. Set to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Wait until the skin of the peppers starts to burn and turn brown. Once this happens, open the air fryer lid and, holding by the stem, turn the peppers over to the other side. Once a crust forms, you can turn it off.

Step 2

Carefully use a spatula to remove the peppers and cut them over the sink to drain any accumulated water, peel off the skin and remove the seeds. Then slice the peppers into strips and place them in the center of a plate.

Step 3

Cut the tomato into medium cubes. Place it on top of the peppers and generously salt it so that the tomato releases its juice, which will serve as the dressing for the salad.

Step 4

You can slice the olives into rings or simply add them to the salad, depending on personal preference. If you don't like olives, you can omit them entirely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater directly over the salad. The salad is ready.
