  • Thyme - to taste

  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Porcini Mushrooms - 4 pieces
  • Dill - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the mushrooms into pieces, but not too small.

Step 2

Slice the onion into feathers. Sauté in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Cook until done. Add thyme and salt.

Step 3

Finely chop the dill. Add to the mushrooms and mix.
