Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Boiling water - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Dill Stems - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans in salted water for a couple of minutes — they should still be firm, then drain the water.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry, and cut into strips. Sauté in a hot skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked through.
Step 3
Peel and slice the onion and bell pepper into strips. Add more oil to the skillet from the chicken and sauté the onion and bell pepper, then add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the vegetables, mix well, and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 5
In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing: hot water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and dill. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
