Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
  • Romaine lettuce - 1 bunch
  • Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1 bunch
  • Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Onion - ½ heads
  • Butter - 3 spoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 spoons
  • White Balsamic Cream - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the salad and let it dry.

Step 2

Rinse the liver, remove the membrane, and cut it into 2–3 pieces.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil, then add the onion and garlic, cooking over medium heat for a couple of minutes (watching to prevent burning). Next, remove the onion and garlic from the skillet and add the liver to the fragrant oil. Drizzle with soy sauce and cook for about 5–7 minutes until done over medium heat.

Step 5

At this time, place the washed and dried salad on a plate (tear the large leaves). On top of the green 'bed,' arrange the warm sautéed liver and drizzle it with the remaining sauce. Lightly crush the washed cherry tomatoes, drizzle the salad with their juice, and add them to the salad as well.

Step 6

Next, place the prepared poached eggs.

Step 7

The final touch — balsamic glaze to taste.
