Warm Salad with Egg and Bacon

Ingredients

  • White bread - 5.3 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 5.3 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 2.5 oz
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.9 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crush, peel, and finely chop 0.5 of the garlic, cut the crust off the bread, and tear it into pieces.

Step 2

Place the bread on a baking sheet, lightly drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Boil the eggs in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Grate the Parmesan into flakes, finely chop the bacon, and squeeze the lemon juice.

Step 5

Crush, peel, and mash the remaining garlic into a paste, mix with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with pepper; peel the boiled eggs and cut them into 4 pieces.

Step 6

Tear the romaine lettuce into large pieces and place it in a salad bowl, pour the dressing over it, and mix.

Step 7

Top the salad leaves with the bread, bacon, sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with eggs, and serve.
