Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the chopped (coarsely) mushrooms and onion (in half rings), season with salt and pepper to taste, and transfer to a salad bowl.
Step 2
Sauté the shrimp until cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add to the mushrooms and onion.
Step 3
Add the boiled eggs, sliced into half rings like the onion (or instead of chicken eggs, you can use quail eggs, cut in half — you will need more of them). Mix everything together; you can dress it with mayonnaise, or leave it as is since everything was sautéed in oil.
