  • Mussels - 1.8 oz
  • Shrimp - 3.5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Squid - 3.5 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
  • Asparagus - 1.8 oz
  • Fennel - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Basil - 0.7 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the shrimp and squid, then grill for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Blanch the mussels and octopus for 1 minute.

Step 3

Grill the bell pepper and cut it into long strips.

Step 4

Lightly grill the cherry tomatoes.

Step 5

Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes.
