Ingredients

  • King Prawns - 17.6 oz
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Dry White Wine - to taste
  • Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Blue Cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add the shrimp to boiling water, wait until it boils again, and remove from heat after 5 seconds. Peel the shrimp.

Step 2

Chop the garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Step 3

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, add a little wine, and simmer for 1–2 minutes. The shrimp should remain juicy!

Step 4

Cut the cheese into cubes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet, pour the cream into the remaining liquid, heat it up, add the cheese, and stir constantly until the cheese melts into a thick mixture. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 5

In a salad bowl, layer the arugula, chopped tomatoes, and shrimp. The sauce can be served separately, or the salad can be plated individually and drizzled with warm sauce.
