Warm Vegetable and Tofu Salad
Ingredients
- Tofu - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Morels - 3.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beans and mushrooms.
Step 2
After boiling, place the beans in ice water to retain their color.
Step 3
Cut the tofu into cubes and remove excess moisture with a paper towel.
Step 4
Dice the pepper, onion, and celery. Leave the beans untouched. You can slice the mushrooms or leave them whole.
Step 5
Pour oil into a skillet and allow it to heat up.
Step 6
Add the tofu and fry until golden brown.
Step 7
Add the remaining vegetables, spices to taste (I used a mix of four peppers), soy sauce, and sauté the mixture for 10 minutes.
