Description
This recipe was prepared in our kitchen by Chef John Smith. Usually, we throw away the cabbage stalk. Chef John Smith showed how to use it and made a wonderful spicy sauce reminiscent of wasabi.

- White Cabbage - 1 piece
- Ground ancho chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Grate the cabbage core using a grater with protruding holes.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the chili.
Step 4
Chop the pepper very finely.
Step 5
Add the chopped pepper to the grated cabbage core.
Step 6
Add the chopped pepper and honey to the grated cabbage core.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then serve with meat, poultry, or fish.

Stir.

Leave for 20 minutes.
