  • Potato - 17.6 oz
  • Apple - 17.6 oz
  • Celery stalk - 8.8 oz
  • Watercress - 2 bunches
  • Mayonnaise - 6.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil for 15–20 minutes until they are soft but still hold their shape. Then drain the water and let them cool slightly.

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel and dice the apples and celery, and remove the leaves from the watercress, chopping them coarsely.

Step 3

Once the potatoes have cooled, mix them with the apples, add the celery and watercress. Dress with mayonnaise, stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
